Your relationship doesn't fit a template.

Your therapy shouldn't either.

How I Work

Portland has no shortage of therapists. The question isn't whether you'll find someone who has your values, its whether or not they can challenge you to grow.

I lean into hard moments and help you learn how to deeply trust yourself and your relationships. My style integrates somatics, experiential, behavioral and cognitive methods to get you there.

The city celebrates authenticity, and I strive to help you embody the biggest version of yourself.

APPROACH
Two women with short hair and earrings are about to kiss in front of a brick wall, standing close together.

How I Can Help

Desire That Doesn't Match
Different libidos, different needs, same stuck conversation. I help couples stop keeping score and start getting curious.

Neurodivergent Relationships
When ADHD, autism, or sensory differences shape intimacy. No pathologizing. Just practical, body-based work.

Rebuilding After Betrayal
Infidelity doesn't have to end things. But moving forward requires more than forgiveness—it requires rebuilding from the ground up.

Shame, Anxiety & Your Body
When sex feels like a performance or your body checks out entirely. We work with your nervous system, not against it.

I do not accept insurance at this time. Insurance companies get to decide what "normal" sexuality and relationships look like. I am happy to help you find what out of network benefits have & provide you superbills for potential reimbursement.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not even a little. Your identity and relationship structure aren't problems to fix. They're part of who you are.

  • Yes. I'm licensed in Oregon, so I can see anyone physically located in the state during our sessions.

  • My Oregon practice is telehealth only. Many clients prefer virtual sessions anyway. You can control your environment and do this vulnerable work from wherever feels most comfortable.

  • You can do meaningful work on relationship patterns in individual therapy. Many clients start solo and bring their partner in later, or don't.
