You've done the reading. You understand your patterns.

So why do you still feel stuck?

I help therapy-savvy couples and individuals move from insight to embodied change.

How I Work

I don't give worksheets or communication tips that you'll forget by Thursday. I work with your body, your nervous system, your parts, not just your thoughts. We'll slow down and notice your patterns happening in real time, where change actually happens.

My approach integrates IFS (parts work), somatic techniques, and embodied differentiation, the capacity to stay connected to yourself while staying connected to your partner.

Typical Clients

You’re ready to move beyond surviving into having deep, authentic, and embodied relationships.

You or your partner might be:

  • Progressive and intellectually curious, but stuck in your head

  • Experiencing sexual pain and sick of it

  • Carrying invisible identities that make you feel misunderstood

  • LGBTQ+, multicultural, BIPOC, neurodivergent, a sex worker, or in non-traditional relationships

Your protective parts developed for good reasons.

Now it's time to help them relax so you can actually live.

I do not accept insurance at this time. Insurance companies get to decide what "normal" sexuality and relationships look like. I am happy to help you find what out of network benefits have & provide you superbills for potential reimbursement.

FAQs

  • I'm licensed in New York, so I can see anyone physically located in the state during our sessions.

  • $300 for a 50 minute session for both couples and individuals. I'm private pay and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Sex therapy specifically addresses desire, arousal, shame, and sexual connection. Couples therapy focuses on the relationship as a whole. In my practice, they often overlap.

  • If previous therapy stayed in your head, this will feel different. I work with your nervous system, not around it—and I'll be direct with you when you're looping.

  • Nope! I’ve worked with plenty of poly/open/ENM relationships and welcome any relationship structure that is rooted in consent.
