Your therapy shouldn't either.

FAQs

  • Not even a little. Your identity and relationship structure aren't problems to fix. They're part of who you are.

  • Yes. I'm licensed in Oregon, so I can see anyone physically located in the state during our sessions.

  • My Oregon practice is telehealth only. Many clients prefer virtual sessions anyway. You can control your environment and do this vulnerable work from wherever feels most comfortable.

  • You can do meaningful work on relationship patterns in individual therapy. Many clients start solo and bring their partner in later, or don't.

How I Work

Portland has no shortage of therapists. What's harder to find is someone who'll be direct with you, warm, but challenges you and who works beyond just talking.

I use IFS (parts work), somatic techniques, and differentiation to help you stay grounded in yourself while staying connected to your partner. We'll notice what's happening in your body in real time. That's where the shift happens.

APPROACH

How I Can Help

Desire That Doesn't Match
Different libidos, different needs, same stuck conversation. I help couples stop keeping score and start getting curious.

Neurodivergent Relationships
When ADHD, autism, or sensory differences shape intimacy. No pathologizing. Just practical, body-based work.

Rebuilding After Betrayal
Infidelity doesn't have to end things. But moving forward requires more than forgiveness—it requires rebuilding from the ground up.

Shame, Anxiety & Your Body
When sex feels like a performance or your body checks out entirely. We work with your nervous system, not against it.
