Typical Clients

You've been in therapy before. Maybe multiple times. You might understand concepts like attachment theory and nervous system regulation, but you're tired of just talking about them.

I work with people who are ready to move beyond coping strategies into actual transformation.

You or your partner might be:

  • Progressive and intellectually curious, but stuck in your head

  • Carrying invisible identities that make you feel misunderstood

  • Queer, multicultural, biracial, trans, neurodivergent, a sex worker, or in non-traditional relationships

Your protective parts developed for good reasons.

Now it's time to help them relax so you can actually live.

I do not accept insurance at this time Insurance companies get to decide what "normal" sexuality and relationships look like. They often don't cover the depth of work needed for real transformation, especially for marginalized identities. I am happy to help you find what out of network benefits have & provide you superbills for potential reimbursement.

Reduced rates available for QTBIPOC, sex workers, and Oregon-based clients.

  • Sex therapy is therapy with a specific focus on sex and sexuality. It supports the emotional, mental, and experiential aspects of sex and sexuality using evidence-backed data on how things like arousal or desire actually work.

Sexuality is both physical and emotional, so I work with doctors and pelvic floor physical therapists as needed. They take care of the medical, and I’ll handle the psychological.

While I believe sex work is work and can be therapeutic, no touch will be involved throughout treatment.
